Call your insurance company and ask what your benefits are for Applied Behavior Analysis.4. Fax a copy of your insurance card and coverage information to (941) 739-6198; we will then call and verify the information for you.5. Schedule the initial assessment with the BCBA or BCaBA. During this visit we will evaluate your child’s current skill level and needs. We will also begin to create a therapy schedule for you.6. Once the initial treatment plan is written, weekly ABA therapy will begin!
